Frequently Asked Questions
1. What kind of music do you specialize in?
We focus exclusively on electronic music — including techno, house, minimal, breaks, experimental, and leftfield. All our services are built for producers, DJs, and artists within the underground and club-oriented scenes.
2. Do you offer online music production classes?
Yes. We offer 1-on-1 online electronic music production classes, tailored to your level and genre. You can book a single session or choose discounted multi-class packs. We cover DAW workflow, sound design, arrangement, and artist development.
3. What’s included in your mixing and mastering services?
Our mixing and mastering services for electronic music are fully custom. We don’t use templates. We focus on clarity, space, weight, and balance — so your tracks translate properly in clubs, streaming, and vinyl. Mix and master bundle also available.
4. Do you offer mentoring or artist coaching?
Yes. Our Artist Coaching program is for producers ready to release their music, build their brand, and connect with labels and promoters. We help with track feedback, networking, social media, and career guidance — especially in the global underground scene.
5. Can you help me design a press kit or artist profile?
Absolutely. We offer custom press kit design for DJs and electronic artists, including bio writing, layout design, high-res photo selection, key links, and optional branding. Perfect for label submissions, bookings, and artist portfolios.
6. Where are you based? Can I work with you remotely?
Sound Faucet operates between Australia and Latin America — but we work with artists worldwide. All services, from mixing to coaching, are available remotely. Time zone flexibility and communication are part of our workflow.
7. How do I get a quote or book a service?
Use the inquiry buttons on each service page to tell us about your needs. For custom tracks, mixing/mastering, or design work, we’ll review your input and send you a personalized quote within 24–48 hours.
